Publicis Groupe Brasil is the Brazilian branch of Publicis Groupe, the second largest communications group in the world. With over 1,500 employees across nine subsidiaries—including Arc Worldwide, DPZ, LePub, Leo Burnett, Performics, PGM, PMX, PXP, Publicis Brasil, and Talent—the Groupe serves clients across advertising and communications.
This is how Publicis Groupe Brasil uses Dataddo's headless API to accelerate development of their internal data product.
Publicis Groupe Brasil operates an internal data product that collects data from online advertising and social media platforms, databases, and custom sources to generate reports for the Groupe's internal teams and customers.
Their data engineering team had been building integrations between these sources and the data product, but this process was becoming hard to scale due to continuous API maintenance and the constant need to connect new data sources.
Publicis Groupe Brasil needed to offload data integration work to a dedicated pipeline vendor and free their data engineers to focus on scaling their data product. In addition to zero-maintenance pipelines and flexible integration functionality, they had one key requirement: the vendor needed to offer headless API , so Publicis Groupe Brasil could embed new integration functionality directly in the product.
After evaluating several popular data integration tools, Publicis Groupe Brasil chose Dataddo for its headless full REST API, predictable pricing model, zero-maintenance pipelines, and vast connector library .
Like most enterprises, the Groupe had customization requirements, including custom connectors and datasets. Dataddo's Solutions Team took a personal interest in meeting these requirements—among other methods, using Dataddo's universal JSON connector.
Via Dataddo's headless API, Publicis Groupe Brasil was able to quickly add new features to its product. One of these features is the ability for Publicis Groupe clients to authorize connections between their services and Publicis Groupe's data product directly through Publicis Groupe's own user interface.
Another added feature is the ability for clients—as well as Publicis Groupe Brasil's internal teams—to configure data extractions through Publicis Groupe's UI. This keeps everything on-brand for the Groupe while giving clients direct access to their data.
We plan on using Dataddo's Headless Data Integration to embed even more features in our data product, which will empower our employees and clients to work with data more efficiently and securely.

Since deploying Dataddo, Publicis Groupe Brasil has been able to accelerate the development of its internal data product—both by embedding Dataddo's integration functionality, and by relieving its data engineers of connector building and maintenance.
