Monthly Visit Data has one row per Country, so Visits are summed across countries while Bounce Rate and Pages per Visit are weighted by Visits.

We asked 43 pre-registered questions of three real datasets - Google Search Console, HubSpot deals and Google Ads - and delivered the same rows to the same model in four ways. Only the data layer changed.

Read the benchmark →Authorize Similarweb in Dataddo with an API key, then create one source per domain with datasets such as Monthly Visit Data and Visits - all traffic. Attach the flows to a Claude destination or AI Model, then add Dataddo Data Access from the Claude connectors directory and sign in with your Dataddo account.
An API key. In Similarweb go to Settings > Account, under API select Standard API / Batch API, click Generate a new API key and paste it into the Dataddo authorizer. The Dataddo docs do not list a required Similarweb plan.
Create one Similarweb source per domain, entering a single domain such as example.com in each. Every row carries the Domain field, so Claude can line up your site and each competitor in the same answer.
Yes, if you set it on the source. Most datasets take a Country filter, with world as the default for worldwide data. Monthly Visit Data returns one row per Country instead, so no filter is needed there.
Each dataset reads a relative date range that moves forward with the current date, and every run replaces that window. Run a full data re-sync with a wider range once to load earlier months.
Yes. Signed in with your Claude account, Claude Code loads the Dataddo connector automatically, so you can query Similarweb entities from the terminal while you work in a repository.
Yes. Claude lists the connector's tool permissions, and for each tool you decide whether Claude may use it freely or must ask you first. Access is read-only, and nothing is sent back to Similarweb.
